1. Refunds and Exchanges
At Cameraparts2u, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in resalable condition (unused and as new).
- Items must be returned complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, in a reusable condition.
We are unable to accept returns of used items that do not meet these conditions. Such items will be returned to the purchaser. Returns received after 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of Cameraparts2u.
2. Your Consumer Rights
We are committed to supplying goods that meet your consumer rights under UK law. If you believe we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us immediately.
If your goods are faulty, you are entitled to one of the following remedies:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days
- International delivery: 5–10 working days (customs delays may apply)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Cameraparts2u is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
4. Warranty and Guarantee
All products sold by Cameraparts2u are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
